| Acknowledgment, $5.00 for the first signature of each signer | |

 **Travel Fees are additional: |

| ***Travel between the hours of 6am and 7pm is $10.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. ***Travel after 7pm is a charge of $25.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum ***If notary arrives, and signing does not take place, a $25.00 fees is due to notary at time of appointment. An Additional fee of $5.00 is due if notary must wait 15 minutes after schedule appointment. |
